Dress Codes, Gym Rules & Code of Conduct

Practice Dress Code: 
*Let us maintain a mindset of modesty*
1. Short sleeved t-shirts during practices (NO tank tops or sleeveless shirts)
2. Modest length elastic-waist knit/nylon shorts or sweatpants.(NOT compression/spandex alone)
*Although, compression shorts are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to wear under shorts for guys and girls both. This just gives extra coverage during workouts such as: stretching and dive rolls.
3. Knee pads (approx. $15-$25 at local sports stores)
4. Tennis shoes (court shoes are best for traction)
5. NO jewelry, hats or watches during practice or games.

League Dress Code: (for all pool play and tournament games)
1. Team jersey
2.  Black shorts (Black basketball shorts work well)
*League rules state that shorts must have at least a 7" inseam.

Gym Rules:
1. NO gum, candy or food allowed on gym floor.
2. Only water is allowed on gym floor. Water fountains are available, you may also bring water bottles.
3. Players will help maintain the gym, making sure that we as a club ALWAYS leave the gym in the same or better shape than we found it. This may include things such as: sweeping the floor, picking up trash, cleaning up any spills that may occur, setting up and tearing down of nets and collecting ball...
4.NO tobacco, drugs, alcohol or sunflower seeds.
5. NO hanging from basketball rims or any rowdy behavor.
6. Everyone stays inside gym during practice.
7. NO foul language.
8. Family may stay and observe practice, provided you do not become a distraction. Please keep any younger children quietly entertained and not allow them to run freely throughout the facility.     
9. As guest of FBC of Moore we MUST OBSERVE and OBEY any posted rules they may have pertaining to anything.

Code of Conduct:
1. Respectful and courteous behavior to ALL players and ALL coaches. This includes officals during scrimmages or competitions. Playing privileges can be revoked at coach"s and/or official's discretion. Rudeness, disrespect, vulgarity, taunting or acts of deceit are considered unsportsmanlike conduct and will not be tolerated.
2. Do not leave playing floor except by substitution or permission of coach.
3. Respect your teammates, practice with your best effort, encourage one another and be a team player.
4. Obey dress code, gym rules and HAVE FUN:)
